I am Micaela — doula, somatic therapist, ceremonialist, natural gynecology practitioner, women’s mentor and guide in rites of passage. My work is rooted in years of study with Indigenous elders, ancestral traditions, and holistic women’s health. I walk beside women in remembering the sacred intelligence of their bodies — not as something to control, but as something to trust and honor deeply.
